World youth skills day(Be self-reliant)
Today we are talking about making India self-reliant but have we been able to become self-reliant ourselves ?? How can we make our country if we do not become self-reliant !! That is why if you want to make our India self-reliant, first every citizen of India has to become self-reliant. So are you ready to be self reliant !!
Today, every a person wants to be self-reliant in India who cannot even take a glass of water in his house !! But if we really want our country to be self-sufficient, nothing will happen just by talking. We have to become self-sufficient first and start from today.
If we want India not to depend on any other country and create its own production in its own country so that imports decrease and exports increase. So we first have to learn to act on our own without relying on anyone else. Let's understanding self reliant by one true event.
A poor child was attending school. He was gifted in teaching as well as in many activities. So many kids were annoyed by it. Once all the children got together and decided to hurt her self-esteem. He complained to the teacher that money was being stolen from our bag. And told him that only a poor child would be stealing money. The teacher found out that the gardener works there and works there very honestly and also pays the school fees himself. Informing the teacher, he called the child and said if you don't have money then why don't you forgive the school fees ?? So that kid said I am able to pay school fees because I can work hard I know that the parents of the students studying with me work hard and pay their fees. But I consider myself so self-sufficient and responsible that I can pay the fees myself. And you have said that no man becomes great not by his luck but by his deeds. The teacher was very impressed by what this student said. This student is none other than Shri Bankimchandra Chattopadhyaya, the author of Vande Mataram.
This story explains the attitude of a self-reliant man. Everyone wants to be self-reliant but their attitude is not towards self-reliance. Because a person who becomes self-reliant always believes in living like a lion rather than a sheep or a goat walks behind the shepherd.
Everyone thinks that when we will get a good degree, get a job in a good place and then become self-reliant. But a self-reliant person does not wait for the right time any day, he tries his best to make that time better. You know that Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, he was able to achieve a lot of success right now because he struggled from childhood to become self-reliant. Abhishek Bachchan, Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Kapoor He could be a hero but he can never be a successful actor because he did not realize what a struggle is. That is why we consider Akshay Kumar to be a better actor than Abhishek Bachchan.
The success of any individual depends on his struggles and his self-reliance. Because only a self-reliant person can protect self-esteem. So if we want another person to respect us, we have to be self-reliance.

આજે આપને ભારતને આત્મનિર્ભર બનાવવા ની વાતો કરીએ છીએ પરંતુ શું આપણે ખુદ આત્મનિર્ભર બની શક્યા છીએ?? જો આપણે જાતે આત્મનિર્ભર ન બનીએ તો આપણા દેશને તો કઈ રીતે બનાવી શકીએ!! તેથી જ જો આપને આપણા ભારત દેશને આત્મનિર્ભર બનાવવો હોય તો પહેલા ભારતના દરેક નાગરિકે આત્મનિર્ભર બનવું પડશે. તો શું તમે આત્મનિર્ભર બનવા તૈયાર છો ખરા!!આજે એ વ્યક્તિ પણ ભારત ને આત્મનિર્ભર બનવા માંગે છે જે પોતાના ઘરમાં પાણીનો ગ્લાસ પણ જાતે લઇ શકતો ન હોય!! પરંતુ જો આપણે સાચે માં આપણા દેશને આત્મનિર્ભર બનવા માંગતા હોય તો માત્ર બોલવાથી કંઈ જ ન થાય આપણે જાતે પહેલા આત્મનિર્ભર બનવું પડશે અને શરૂઆત આજથી જ કરવી પડશે.
જો આપણે ઇચ્છતા હોઈએ કે ભારત દેશ અન્ય કોઈ પણ દેશ પર આધાર ન રાખે અને જાતે જ પોતાના દેશમાં પોતાનું પ્રોડક્શન બનાવે જેથી આયાત ઘટે અને નિકાસમાં વધારો થાય. તો આપણે પહેલા અન્ય કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિ પર ડિપેન્ડ રહ્યા વગર જાતે કાર્ય કરતા શીખવું પડશે.ચાલો આત્મનિર્ભરતા ને એક ગરીબ અને આત્મનિર્ભર વિદ્યાર્થી ની સાચી વાત દ્વારા સમજીએ.
એક ગરીબ બાળક શાળામાં ભણતો હતો. તે ભણવામાં અને સાથે સાથે ઘણી બધી પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં પણ હોશિયાર હતો. તેથી ઘણા બધા બાળકો તેનાથી ચિડતા હતા. એકવાર બધાં બાળકોએ ભેગા મળીને તેના આત્મસન્માન ને ઠેશ પહોંચાડવાનું નક્કી કર્યું. એમને શિક્ષકની ફરિયાદ કરી કે અમારા બેગમાંથી રૂપિયા ચોરી થઇ રહ્યા છે. અને તેમને કહ્યું કે ગરીબ બાળક જ રૂપિયા ચોરી કરતો હશે. શિક્ષક કે તપાસ કરી તો જાણવા મળ્યું કે તે માળી ને ત્યાં કામ કરે છે અને ત્યાં ખૂબ જ ઈમાનદારીથી કામ કરે છે અને જાતે જ શાળાની ફી પણ ચૂકવે છે. શિક્ષકને જાણ થતા તેને તે બાળક ને બોલાવ્યો અને કહ્યું તારી જોડે રૂપિયા નથી તો તું શાળાની ફી માફ કેમ નથી કરાવતો?? તો તે બાળકે કહ્યું કે હું શાળાની ફી ભરવા માટે સક્ષમ છું કારણકે હું મહેનત કરી શકું છું હું જાણું છું કે મારી સાથે ભણતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ના માતા-પિતા મહેનત કરીને તેમની ફી ચૂકવે છે. પરંતુ હું પોતાને એટલો આત્મનિર્ભર અને જિમ્મેદાર સમજુ છું કે હું જાતે પણ ફી ચૂકવી શકું છું. અને તમે તો કહ્યું છે કે કોઈ પણ માણસ તેના કિસ્મતથી નહીં પરંતુ તેના કર્મોથી મહાન બને છે.શિક્ષક આ વિદ્યાર્થી ની વાત ખૂબ જ પ્રભાવિત થયા. આ વિદ્યાર્થી બીજું કોઈ નહીં પરંતુ વંદે માતરમ ના રચયિતા શ્રી બંકિમચંદ્ર ચટ્ટોપાધ્યાય છે.
આ કહાની આત્મનિર્ભર માણસના એટીટ્યુડ ને સમજાવે છે. દરેક વ્યક્તિ આત્મનિર્ભર બનવા તો માંગે છે પરંતુ તેનો એટીટ્યુડ આત્મનિર્ભર બનવા તરફ નો હોતો જ નથી. કારણકે આત્મનિર્ભર બનનાર વ્યક્તિ જ્યારે પણ ભેડ બકરીઓની ચાલ ચાલતો જ નથી હંમેશા સિંહની માફક જીવન જીવવામાં વિશ્વાસ રાખે છે.
દરેક વ્યક્તિ વિચારે છે કે સારી ડિગ્રી મળશે સારી જગ્યાએ નોકરી મળશે પછી આત્મ નિર્ભર બનીશું. પરંતુ આત્મનિર્ભર વ્યક્તિ કોઈપણ દિવસ સાચા સમયનો ઇંતેજાર કરતો જ નથી તે પોતાની મહેનતથી તે સમયને સારો બનાવવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરે છે. આપને જાણીએ છીએ કે શાહરુખ ખાન અક્ષય કુમાર, અમિતાભ બચ્ચન તે અત્યારે ઘણી બધી સફળતા એટલી મેળવી શક્યા કારણકે તેઓ નાનપણથી સંઘર્ષ કરીને આત્મનિર્ભર બનાવવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો. અભિષેક બચ્ચન ,વરુણ ધવન ,રણવીર કપૂર તેઓ હીરો બની શક્યા પરંતુ સક્સેસફુલ એક્ટર ક્યારે પણ બની શકે નહીં કારણકે તેમને સંઘર્ષ શું છે તે મહેસૂસ કર્યું નથી તેથી જ આપણે અક્ષય કુમારને અભિષેક બચ્ચન કરતા વધારે સારો એક્ટર માનીએ છે.
કોઇ પણ વ્યક્તિની સફળતા તેને કરેલો સંઘર્ષ અને તેની આત્મનિર્ભરતા પર આધાર રાખે છે. કારણકે આત્મનિર્ભર વ્યક્તિ જ આત્મસન્માન નું રક્ષણ કરી શકે છે. તેથી જો આપણી ઇચ્છા હોય કે બીજી વ્યક્તિ આપણું સન્માન કરે તો તે માટે આપણે આત્મનિર્ભર બનવું જ રહ્યું.
